Test Advantage was founded in 1997 and has established itself as a premier resource for semi-conductor test capacity and technology. Since its inception, Test Advantage has shipped several hundred Quality ATE systems, and over 2000 software nodes.

The Test Advantage team includes 35 people, three-quarters of which are engineering and technical staff. Test Advantage is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, and has sales offices in Singapore and Munich, Germany, and a European Technology Center in Falkirk, Scotland.
