Test Advantage Names Kenneth Ng Sales Manager of Board Repair Business Unit

Tempe, Ariz. - July 12, 2011 - Test Advantage, a Boston Semi Equipment Group (BSE Group) company, today announced that it has appointed Kenneth Ng to the position of Sales Manager for the company's board repair business. Ng will focus on selling the company's hardware repair and warranty services to the automated test equipment (ATE) back end semiconductor market. He will be based in Singapore and report to Richard Huang, Vice President of Asia for Test Advantage.


"The board repair business is a key component of Test Advantage's overall plan to provide a comprehensive, value added offering to our customers in the back end secondary market." said Colin Scholefield, executive vice president, BSE Group, holding company of Test Advantage. "Adding Kenneth's experience and background in both sales and the back end semiconductor industry demonstrates our commitment to growing Test Advantage in Asia. His appointment follows our recent acquisition of Microstats, Inc. and represents another enhancement of our overall ATE offering."

Test Advantage Expands Asia Operations through Acquisition of Microstats

Tempe, Ariz.- June 2, 2011 - Test Advantage, a Boston Semi Equipment Group (BSE Group) company, today announced that it has acquired Philippines-based Microstats, LLC, a hardware repair center for the automated test equipment (ATE) market. The two companies will align their products, solutions and shared customer base to enhance Test Advantage's offerings in the back end semiconductor marketplace.

BSE Group Forms BSE Tech to Strengthen Position in Front End Semiconductor Secondary Equipment Market

Burlington, Mass. - April 20, 2011 - Boston Semi Equipment LLC (BSE Group) today announced that it has acquired the assets of Asia Tech Corporation in order to launch its newest company, BSE Tech LLC (BSE Tech). BSE Tech delivers a comprehensive portfolio of pre-owned front end semiconductor manufacturing equipment and spare parts, technical capabilities and financial solutions. This combination allows it to facilitate the lease, sale, repositioning and servicing of all makes and models of new and pre-owned front end semiconductor equipment worldwide.

Test Advantage Hardware Renews Global Sales Representative Agreement with Comprehensive Development Services

Burlington, Mass. - March 8, 2011 - Boston Semi Equipment LLC (BSE Group) subsidiary Test Advantage Hardware LLC (TAH) today announced that it has re-signed a global sales representative agreement with Comprehensive Development Services, Inc. (CDS) of Springtown, Pa. for the reconfiguration and sales of all automated test equipment (ATE) systems. CDS was selected based on the companies' mutual successful experience reconfiguring and selling ATE systems and longstanding good relationship. CDS is tasked with supporting the continued growth of TAH globally.
